How It Started

The inception of Crazy In A Day stemmed from my personal reflection on 40 years of navigating the complexities of mental health. As a middle-aged mom who had to navigate the mental health system with minimal support, I’ve encountered a myriad of experiences – from hospital stays and misdiagnoses to finally finding professionals who understood my needs. Through this blog, I share candidly about medication, therapy, self-care practices that have made a difference, and the personal growth that emerged from my struggles.
